Return policy

At Baggy Clothes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item within 14 days of receipt, we offer the following options:

  • Return Conditions: Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
  • Exchange: If you need a different size or color of the same item, we’re happy to exchange it for you. However, exchanges for different products are not permitted. In that case, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.

  • Incorrect or Defective Items: If your order arrives with an incorrect or defective item, you are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair at no additional cost. Contact us at contact@baggy-clothes.us with the following details:

    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue (e.g., wrong item, defect)
    • A photo or video showing the problem

Processing Time for Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 7-10 days (Monday to Friday). This timeframe allows for item inspection and processing through our accounting team.

How to Initiate a Return

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected period, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account or card statement.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please reach out to us at contact@baggy-clothes.us for assistance.

Return Shipping

For standard returns that are not due to defects or incorrect items, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refund Amounts and Exchanges

When a refund is issued, it will reflect the exact amount you paid for the product. If you choose to exchange an item, please allow 1-2 weeks for the exchanged item to arrive.
