Return & Refund Policy

At Baggy Clothes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order under the conditions below.


Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

  • All original tags and accessories must be included.

  • Returns requested after 14 days from delivery will not be accepted.


Exchanges

If you need a different size or color of the same product, we are happy to offer an exchange when stock is available.
Exchanges for different products are not possible — in that case, please request a refund and place a new order.


Incorrect or Defective Items

If your order arrives with an incorrect or defective product, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Please contact us at contact@baggy-clothes.us and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue (e.g., wrong item, defect)

  • A photo or short video showing the problem

Our customer support team will guide you through the process.


How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at contact@baggy-clothes.us or call +32 486 685 786 with “Return Request” in the subject line.
Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with detailed return instructions, including the return address.

⚠️ Returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team.
Do not return your parcel to the sender address on the original shipping label.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If your return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns (change of mind, size, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

No restocking fees apply to any return.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
The refund will be applied automatically to your original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

If you have not received your refund after this period:

  1. Check your bank or PayPal account again.

  2. Contact your payment provider.

  3. If you still have not received it, reach out to us at contact@baggy-clothes.us for assistance.


Refund Amounts and Exchanges

Refunds are issued for the exact amount paid for the product, excluding any optional shipping upgrades (if applicable).
If you request an exchange, please allow 1–2 weeks for the new item to arrive.


Return Processing Location

All return requests are handled by our customer service in Belgium,
even though products are shipped from our international logistics centers.

Our return team will provide you with the appropriate return address once your request is approved.
